Which Countries do you ship to currently during the RMCO period?

Australia, Brunei, China, Guam, Hong Kong, Iran, Indonesia, Japan, Libya, Mongolia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, Thailand, United States of America 

* Please expect delays on deliveries even though your countries are listed. 

Can I still place an order even though my country is not listed above?

Yes. You can still place your order to secure the products you wanted BUT we will hold on to your parcel until the delivery service is back to normal (it might be months if you are willing to wait). You will not be entitled to cancel your order or to get a refund if you choose to place your order with us anyway during this period. Delays in shipment will not be a valid reason for cancellation or refund.  

When will the delivery service resume to Countries which are currently not listed?

It is totally out of our control and hence we can't be sure. We are only able to keep you posted from time to time on our social media.

If I order both Ready Item & Pre-order Item, when will my items be shipped?

We will ship all your items according to the estimated shipping time of your pre-order items. You only need to pay once for the shipping.

How do I make payment for my order?

For international customers: PayPal (with a transaction fee)

For Malaysians customers: Bank Transfer. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via Pos Malaysia (with tracking number). 

When will my order be dispatched?

Ready Items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of payment. 

When will I receive my order?

After your order is dispatched, you could expect your parcel to arrive within the following time:

Malaysia: 1- 3 working days 

International Parcel: 6 - 15 working days* [sometimes up to 1 month or more]

*The estimated time of delivery is applied to major cities only. It usually take around 2-3 weeks for international air parcel to arrive. Delivery of your parcel might be longer than expected due to custom clearance procedures or local post office's process. You may track your parcel online or contact your local post office using the tracking number given. We will also try our best to help you regarding to this matter.

How could I check my order status? How could I track my order?

An email which consists of your tracking number will be sent to you after your order is dispatched.
